PROCEDURE FOR LOGGING IN

1. Arrive early - between 7:00 and 7:15, if possible.
NO ENTRIES ACCEPTED AFTER 7:20.

2. Enter your name and image title on the appropriate sign-in sheet FORM. Complete a line for each image entered. There will be a form for each category and class combination.

3. For Prints: See the requirements for preparing and labeling prints.
Ensure your name and an up arrow are on the back of the matted print.

For slides: See the requirements for preparing and labeling slides. Ensure your name and the small circle in the lower left corner are on the slide.
